Topic #1: Alpha Release

Teleport Web Client

As we wrap up the year, I’m thrilled to announce the release of the Alpha version of my WebRTC-based Remote Desktop Application! 🎉 Three years ago, I shared some early content on developing a Remote Desktop app using WebRTC, but had to pause the project for a while. Now, I’m excited to say that the application is complete and ready for testing! 🚀

You can find the setup files and installation instructions on my GitHub release page. I’ll drop the link below! 🔗

At this stage, the app allows for basic remote access to everyday Windows operations. However, there are some limitations: it only supports local connections and has been tested on Windows 10 & 11. 💻

I’m also working on adding remote game streaming functionality, which will be released soon! 🎮

I encourage everyone to try out the app, test its features, and share any issues or feedback you encounter. Your input will be crucial for improving the app. 📝

And yes, it’s completely FREE to use and 100% open-source! 🔓

With your support, I hope this project will one day become a fully-fledged product, straight from Thanjavur (தஞ்சாவூர்), Tamil Nadu (தமிழ்நாடு). 🇮🇳

Thank you! 🙏
